La Dolce Vita Villas are located in Cherry Grove Beach at 3701 N. Ocean Blvd. in North Myrtle, South Carolina. We are located across the street from the ocean and one block from the Cherry Grove Fishing Pier. We are pet friendly and do not charge pet fees. We do not have breed restrictions or weight limitations.
There are 14 one-bedroom villas with full kitchens, which is also a living room. The villas on the first floor can accommodate up to 6 family members. These units have 2 double beds in the bedroom with a sleeper sofa in the kitchen. The villas on the 2nd floor, which have ocean view, can accommodate up to 4 family members. These units have one queen bed and a futon or sleeper sofa in the kitchen. We have HDTV with cable and HBO and wireless-internet. Every kitchen has full size appliances and is fully stocked. All you need to do is bring the food and beverages.
We are biker friendly and can accommodate all types of trailers on our lot located behind the building.
Students are also welcomed. A contract must be signed by all students with a 50% deposit to hold the reservation and the balance would be due 30 days prior to your check in. There will also be a security deposit of $100 per student due on your arrival day, which will be refunded after the unit is vacated if there are no damages.
Upon arrival, you will get a clean villa with fresh linens and towels. We do not have daily maid service but will supply you fresh towels, toilet paper, trash bags, dish soap and scrubbie pad on a daily basis or when needed.
Location, location, location: Across the street from the ocean and one block north of the Cherry Grove Fishing Pier which has a bar/restaurant on the beach, fish and bait shop and fine dining restaurant in the Prince Resort. You can also walk or drive about a mile to Sea Mountain Highway, which has a variety of bars, sandwich and pizza shops, IGA supermarket, variety stores, liquor store and restaurants.
We have a small outdoor swimming pool and a sundeck.
What to bring? Sandals (to avoid the sand spurs), beach towels or a blanket, suntan lotion, your hat and swim suit and your toiletries. If you are bringing your pet, you may want to bring your pet bed because we do have tiled floors.
WE ARE INSTITUTING A NO SMOKING POLICY IN THE VILLAS!! There will be a $145.00 charge to de-ionize the villa.
PET RULES:
ALL PETS MUST BE ON A LEASH AT ALL TIMES.
YOU MUST PICK UP AFTER YOUR PET - $100 FINE FROM THE CITY.
NO PETS ON THE BEACH FROM MAY 15TH TO SEPTEMBER 15TH BETWEEN THE HOURS OF 9AM TO 5PM.

RATES:
Our current rack rates start at $79.00 per night plus tax.
Effective November 1, the rack rates will start at $59.00 per night, except during holiday weeks. A rack rate villa has one queen bed and a full kitchen, double occupancy (villa 7-8 or 9). There is an additional charge of $10 plus tax per night per person over 2. Kids and pets are free. Villas with 2 double beds are also priced slightly higher. Rates for year 2012 will be published shortly.
2011 Hospitality and sales tax for SC is 12%
10% DISCOUNT WITH MILITARY ID
CANCELLATION POLICY:
There will be a $50.00 cancellation fee if you cancel 48 hours or more. Less the 48-hour notice, you will lose your deposit.
